Cartridge 10” Sediment

Cartridge 10” sediment foam 1 ~ 50 micron

Cartridge is available as 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 microns.

Purify water by removing following impurities: 

    • sand
    • river mud
    • mule
    • rust
    • pollen
    • microorganisms
    • coal dust and other sediments.

They are made of polypropylene fiber meltblown sputter method.

The high density allows to eliminate the deposits of impurities ranging in size from 50 to 1 micron (1 micron = 0.001 millimeter).

They are resistant to chemicals and bacteria. They are designed for 10″ Domestic water filter housings and molecular filters (RO device).

Efficiency (max flow): up to 15 liters per minute.

Capacity: 6 months or 12,000 liters.

Carbon Block Cartridge

Cartridge 10” with Activated Carbon from coconut shell.

It contains a single block of activated carbon from compressed coconut shells.
This structure enables longer contact between water and the cartridge, ensuring top quality purification.

Carbon block cartridges in particular:

• improve the taste and smell of water
• remove particles larger than 10 microns
• remove chlorine and its derivatives
• eliminate lead and other toxic heavy metals
• remove organic compounds (i.e. bacteria)\

Coal block cartridges are used in housings 10″, 20″ and molecular filters.

The recommended period of use: approx. 6 months or 18000 liters (depending on the level of water consumption and the degree of contamination)

Inline – Active Carbon Cartridge

Advantages of activated carbon:

    • Uses the ability of absorbing chemical pollutants by the activated carbon.
    • Removes gases and volatile, improving the taste and odor of water. Comprises a porous activated carbon.
    • Grain structure results in a very rapid absorption of pollutants even at high flow of water.

Mainly used in molecular filters. Replacing every six months (depending on the level of water consumption and the degree of contamination)

Membrane

Molecular filtration membrane for RO systems (50 GPD)

Semi-permeable membrane is the most important part of Molecular Filtration System (RO).

The membrane consists of several thin layers, interconnected by a spiral coil (also known as thin film composite membrane or TFC).

The material of the membrane is semipermeable; it is a barrier for: organic and inorganic impurities and dissolved solids in the water, heavy metals and radioactive elements toxic and carcinogenic chemicals.

Currently this is the best and most efficient method of purifying water. Performance of the membrane can be tailored to individual needs. Our offer includes membrane yields:

Where can we use it?

It is used for water saturation with minerals. The inside of the cartridge contains minerals, which appropriate pulverization ensures perfect dissolution in water. Thanks to that the taste, color and odor of water are improved.

Mainly used in molecular filters. Recommended time of replacement cartridge: every 6 months (depending on the level of water consumption and the degree of contamination).

A filter cartridge for Aquaphor water pitchers. Significantly reduces virtually all harmful impurities from tap water, improves its color, taste and odor. Increased filter life — 300 liters. Equipped with a convenient calendar reminder.

Universal filter cartridge for Aquaphor water pitchers and Brita (Maxtra) pitchers. Removes virtually all harmful impurities from tap water, improves its color, taste and odor.

Softeners Resins

Lanxess Lewatit smole Lewatit MonoPlus S 107 NS
We use ion exchange resins of American company DOWEX and German company LANXESS (LEWATIT mass) for our filter columns (Water Softeners). We can provide you with a suitable ion-exchange resin and if needed our service department can replace it in your filter columns.
The resins are packed in 25 liters packages, but it is possible to buy it a smaller quantity (up to one liter).
